Lesson Packages & Seasons

CwS lesson packages consist of five lessons delivered within one designated season.

Lesson packages are booked for a specific season, location, level and class time and cannot be split across or carried over between seasons.

Once a lesson package has commenced, or any part of the package has been used, the package is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future season.

Requests to cancel or transfer a lesson package must be made in writing to CwS via email before the start of the participant's booked season. Provided the package has not commenced or been partially used, participants may cancel their booking for a refund or request to transfer their package to a future season.

Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Missed Lessons & Make-Up Lessons

If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, please contact your coach in advance of the lesson.

Where space is available, we will do our best to accommodate you in an alternative class of the appropriate level during the same season.

Make-up lessons

• Are limited to one make-up lesson per person, per season.
• Are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
• Must be taken during the same season as the missed lesson.
• Cannot be carried forward to a future season or exchanged for a refund or credit.
• May not be available where other suitable classes are full or where no equivalent class is running.

Failure to attend a lesson without prior notice will result in the lesson being forfeited.

Cancellations & Changes by CwS

CwS reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate or reschedule a lesson where reasonably necessary, including due to inclement weather, venue or facility closures, coach availability, health and safety concerns, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control (force majeure).

Where a lesson is cancelled by CwS, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement lesson or alternative date.

CwS may also substitute a coach where necessary without this constituting a cancellation of the lesson package.

Minimum Class Numbers

CwS reserves the right to combine, reschedule or cancel a class where minimum participation numbers are not met.

Where CwS cancels a lesson package before it has commenced and cannot offer a suitable alternative, participants will be offered an appropriate transfer, credit or refund.

Transfers

Lesson packages are booked for the individual named on the booking and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval from CwS.

Requests to change class time, location or level are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Arrival & Late Attendance

Participants should arrive in sufficient time to be ready for the scheduled start of their lesson.

Lessons will begin and finish at the scheduled times. Late arrival will not entitle the participant to additional lesson time or a replacement lesson.

Participant Conduct

CwS is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive and respectful environment for our members, participants, coaches, team members and venue partners.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, whether this takes place in person, online, through social media or through direct communications.

CwS reserves the right to remove a participant from a lesson or refuse future bookings where behaviour is considered inappropriate or detrimental to the safety, wellbeing or reputation of CwS, its community, coaches or partners.

Where appropriate, serious matters may be addressed in accordance with applicable UAE laws.

Health, Safety & Participation

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to participate safely in golf lessons and for informing their coach of any relevant limitations that may affect their participation.

Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by CwS coaches and the host golf venue.

CwS is not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from a participant's failure to follow safety instructions or venue rules, subject to applicable law.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and equipment while attending lessons. CwS cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items, except where required by applicable law.

Photography & Content

CwS may occasionally capture photographs or video content during lessons for community, website and social media purposes.

Where photography or filming is taking place, participants may let the CwS team know if they do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional content.

Venue Rules

CwS lessons take place at third-party golf clubs and venues. Participants must comply with the applicable rules, dress codes, safety requirements and policies of the host venue.

Booking Information

Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information and for reviewing the lesson details provided in their booking confirmation.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where relevant, the Emirate in which the services are provided.

By completing a booking with CwS, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
