At Chicks With Sticks, we believe golf should be fun, social, and accessible to everyone.

Whether you’re picking up a club for the first time or looking to sharpen your swing, we offer friendly, affordable golf lessons designed to build confidence and connection.

What started as a casual WhatsApp group has grown into a thriving community of over 2000 women across the UAE who come together not just to play, but to laugh, learn, and make lifelong friendships on and off the course.

The women behind Chicks With Sticks

Jenny

Jenny is the founder of Chicks With Sticks and a lifelong lover of the game. Raised in a golfing family on Ireland’s West Coast, Jenny first picked up a club at just twelve years old and spent her summers falling in love with golf on the fairways of Lahinch Golf Club, a place that still holds her heart.

After moving to Dubai during the pandemic to work as a Primary School Teacher, Jenny quickly noticed a major gap in the golf scene: a lack of spaces that truly welcomed and encouraged women into the sport. Driven by her passion for golf and community, she launched Chicks With Sticks in March 2021.

Today, Jenny is a strong advocate for women in sport, dedicated to making golf feel accessible, fun, and empowering for all. Her mission is simple: golf is a sport for everyone, and she’s on a mission to grow the game, one Chick at a time.

Louise

One of the OGs of Chicks With Sticks, Lou joined her first golf lesson back in 2021 with absolutely no idea what she was doing (and she’ll still happily tell you she’s a beginner). Since then, she’s become a true golf addict, swinging hard, laughing harder, and proving that you don’t need to be pro-level to love the game.
